Welcome to Bokayz We appreciate your business and want to ensure you're completely satisfied with your purchase. At BOKAYZ, we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. Due to the perishable nature of many of our products, we have a few guidelines for returns:

General Return Policy:
  • Non-perishable gifts: We accept returns for unopened and undamaged non-perishable gifts (e.g., plush toys, vases) within 1 days of delivery. A full refund will be issued to the original payment method, minus any return shipping costs.
  • Perishable items: Due to the perishable nature of flowers, chocolates, plants, s, and other food items, we generally do not accept returns.
  • Exceptions:
    • We understand that mistakes happen. We will consider a return or replacement for perishable items in the following situations:
    • Damaged upon arrival: If your order arrives damaged due to carrier mishandling or improper packaging on our part, please contact us within 1 hours of delivery. We will gladly arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund.
    • Incorrect item received: If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 1 hours of delivery. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you at no additional cost.
    How to Make a Return:

    Additional Information:
    • We reserve the right to deny returns that are not received within the specified timeframe, are not in their original packaging, or are damaged due to improper customer handling.
    • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
    • Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer. However, we may offer a return shipping label for damaged items or incorrect orders.
